I believe that food is an expression of love and art. It brings people together, makes people smile, gives people things to talk about, and creates lasting memories. I was encouraged to develop HOIA Food and Cooking and the cooking show by the same name on YouTube to share my love of food and entertainment with you all and I’m so happy that I did!

“You know when you’re pregnant and you’re really nauseous and there’s nothing that you want to eat and everything sounds disgusting and like it might make you vomit? Oh, and your husband is out of town and you worked all day? Well, when I was feeling that way about a year ago the only thing I could think of eating that sounded good at all was Diane’s turkey meatballs. I love these meatballs. They our flavorful, delicious, healthy, and just amazing. So, I called her and basically begged her to make me some meatballs. She came through in a way that only Diane can. I came to her house to pick them up and she had probably made me four dozen meatballs. I almost cried. Cooking for someone is such a beautiful way to take care of them. Especially a pregnant woman. I am constantly grateful for her generosity and her amazing cooking abilities.”
