Learn how to make healthy and delicious Vietnamese spring rolls with a peanut dipping sauce and the famous traditional Vietnamese dipping sauce also known as nuoc cham. These rolls are known as fresh spring rolls and even sometimes called summer rolls. They are light, delicious, and addictive! You can vary the ingredients to your liking from your choice of protein to the herbs and vegetables.

In my video, I show a healthy organic, chicken and shrimp spring roll as well as a colorful and yummy vegan/vegetarian spring roll. Both are incredible and I know you and EVERYONE who tries them will LOVE them! I serve my fresh spring rolls with both sauces because they just add to the variety of flavors and texture you get from the eating the rolls.

The veggie roll is vegan and gluten free. The peanut butter dipping sauce is also vegan and gluten free if you substitute the soy sauce for a gluten free soy sauce or tamari.
